This Employment Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into on February 18th 2025, by and between Ashton Thomas (hereinafter referred to as "Master") and Matthew Navarra

(hereinafter referred to as "Whore").

WHEREAS, Master owns and operates a business selling its whores holes (the "Business"); and

WHEREAS, Whore agrees to dedicate their efforts to maximize the financial success of the Business;

NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the promises and mutual covenants contained herein, the parties agree as follows:

Function

The Whore has to present himself in such a way that Whore is seen by customers.
Well-known squares, streets and parking lots are to be preferred.
It actively addresses customers and advertises its advantages.
Appropriate to the situation and customers, Whore is uninhibited.

The Whore independently advertises His services in all the media provided for this purpose, the master also has the right to offer the services of his employee to third parties without consultation.

Working time

Whore will start work as soon as the contract is signed. He must work his normal job, but any free time he gets he will be working as a whore with the sole purpose of making Master Ashton as much money as possible.

Profits and Financial Obligation

Whore will pay 100% of the profits made from selling its holes to Master every week. If no profits are made, Whore agrees to withdraw from their savings to pay Master an equivalent amount to ensure their satisfaction. Whore further agrees to work twice as hard with their holes in order to recover and exceed this amount.

Vacation

Whore will dedicate the rest of his life to making Master Ashton money. Its at Masters Ashtons sole discretion if he wishes to give the whore any vacation time.

The Whore has to dress accordingly, conspicuously.
Whore has groomed and appeared with style at work.
Whores will also have his hair and beard looking neat
Whore is friendly and polite to the customers.
The customer is "king" and is to be treated accordingly by His.

Additional Agreements

Before each use, hygiene must be observed, to protect the customers and to maintain the usefulness of the Whore.
The Whore has to make sure that His holes are well lubricated and always moist (lubricant, massage oil etc...) are presented to the customer.
The holes of the Whore are used without condoms/rubbers.
Only at the customer's request are the aids above used.
The customer's sperm is "sacred" and must not be wasted, every drop is to be swallowed/stored by the Whore or remains in His holes for the time being.
The customer can according to the prior agreement with the Whore owner. Penetrate the holes of the Whore as often as He wants and can, the Whore has no influence over them.

The holes of the Whore are to be stretched and trained when not in use according to the requirements.
If the customer's cock is not yet ready to use the holes of the Whore, the Whore has to make sure that the necessary stiffness is achieved, this is not billed separately, but is included as a "Whore service".
The Whore has to satisfy the customer oral as well as anal. The Whore has to acquire all the techniques known for this independently.

Pricing Strategy

If Whore is having trouble attracting customers, Whore agrees to lower the prices of his holes to levels so appealing that customers cannot refuse, while ensuring that he gets used enough to make Master happy with the payout.

Exclusive Dedication

Whore agrees that all activities involving the sale, promotion, or marketing of its holes shall be solely for the financial benefit of Master. Whore shall not engage in any competing business activities or use the Business’s resources for personal gain.

Lifetime Commitment

Upon signing this Agreement, Whore commits to dedicating their life to the promotion and sale of its holes to the best of its abilities. Whore understands that this commitment is a condition of his ownership

Confidentiality and Proprietary Information

Whore shall not disclose any confidential or proprietary information about the Business to any third party without prior written consent from Master.

Termination

This Agreement may only be terminated if Master chooses to do so.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of _texas.

Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements, written or oral, relating to the subject matter herein.
