Exposure Agreement

I hereby grant exposedfaggots.com, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and designers (collectively “exposedfaggots.com website”) a licence to use my image and likeness in any other media (collectively “Images”). I acknowledge that exposedfaggots.com will own such Images and further grant the exposedfaggots.com website permission to copyright, display, publish, distribute, use, modify, print and reprint such Images in any manner whatsoever related to exposedfaggots.com business, including without limitation, publications, advertisements, brochures, web site images, or other electronic displays and transmissions thereof. I further waive any right to inspect or approve the use of the Image by the exposedfaggots.com website prior to its use. I forever release and hold the exposedfaggots.com website harmless from any and all liability arising out of the use of the Images in any manner or media whatsoever, and waive any and all claims and causes of action relating to use of the Images, including without limitation, claims for invasion of privacy rights or publicity.

I hereby warrant that I am eighteen (18) years old or more and competent to contract in my own name I also warrant that I understand that the licence I grant to exposedfaggots.com website will only be terminated if I stop paying the hosting fees, and exposedfaggots choose to remove it. This release is binding on me and my heirs, assignees and personal representatives.

Website
I understand that upon signing this document all content I have already sent, and all future content sent to fagwhoring@gmail.com and to Skype account rippedxxx can be used to build a dedicated website with the sole theme/purpose of exposing and outing me as a faggot. I acknowledge this and am certain this is 100% what I what.

Hosting / Ownership
I understand the exposure site will be hosted for 12 months. After the 12 months, I can choose to pay $10/month to continue having it hosted on exposedfaggots.com servers, or I can choose to find my own hosting and have Master Ashton transfer the site for me. If I choose to move the site to my own hosting I must pay a $ 200 USD transfer fee, and choose hosting that uses the English language. While the site is on Master Ashton's servers I do not 100% own the website. I will be able to edit and update the site with some limitations which will be listed below. If I choose to transfer the site to my own server I will own the site %100

Monthly Hosting Fee
A $10 per month fee will be paid to Master Ashton. This will go towards hosting for the 2nd year if the contract renews. If the contract does not renew, the money is forfeited and Master Ashton keeps it

If A monthly hosting fee is missed it will then double the next month.

Weekly Fag Tax

A weekly fag tax of $15 must be paid before each Sunday morning. If a payment is missed the fag tax is doubled for that week. And $50 added to the removal fee.

Monthly Fag Tax

If 1 month of weekly fagtax is missed, it then changes to being paid monthly. The new fagtax fee will be $150USD per month, and $250USD added to the exposuree

Extreme Video Uploads

If 2 months of payments (fagtax/hosting) are missed. Then Master Ashton has permission to upload all my extreme videos and pictures. A $500USD will be required to have them removed

Updating the site
The site will be made in such a way that it's easy for you to update the site yourself with new content be it pictures or videos. Also, all text on the site will be easily edited. After the website is made you will be required to update the site yourself, or you can pay Master Ashton $50USD to do it for you.

Modifying the site while hosted on Master Ashtons Servers
While the site is hosted on Master Ashton's servers you will be able to edit every aspect of the site. However, this also means you can break the site either on purpose or by accident. If the site is broken/changed in such a way that your content does not show or people cannot access the site to see your content, Master Ashton can restore a backup of the site so its back to showing the original content and triple the termination fees.

Website/ Contract Termination Fee
The termination fee to cancel this contract is $500USD. This will remove the website, and all posts created by Master Ashton promoting the site. It will be your responsibility to provide all Twitter links you want removed.

Raised Termination Fee

If 3 months of payments are missed. The termination fee will rise to $2000. And the website is now 100% the property of Master Ashton to do as he pleases.

Future Contract updates
Any future contract updates will require a $100USD fee to be paid
