License Agreement

This License Agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into as of December 13, 2025 ("Effective Date"), by and between:

Model: Kenny Touchard
("Model")

AND

Website Owner: Ashton Thomas / Master Ashton

("Owner")

1. Grant of License
The Model hereby grants the Owner a non-exclusive, irrevocable, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, display, distribute, and otherwise exploit the Model's photographs, likeness, and personal information ("Content") in any manner and for any purpose, including but not limited to creating and maintaining a dedicated website that displays the Model and all related personal information.

2. Term and Termination

This license shall commence on the Effective Date and shall continue until terminated by either party.
The Model may terminate this Agreement before four (4) weeks from the Effective Date by paying a termination fee of $1,000.
After four (4) weeks from the Effective Date, the Model may terminate this Agreement at no cost.
If the Model requests the removal of the Content before the four-week period and does not pay the termination fee, the license will automatically extend to include the posting of the Model's Content on any adult website that allows user uploads.

3. No DMCA Takedown Requests

The Model acknowledges and agrees that by granting this license, the Model forfeits the right to file any DMCA takedown requests concerning the Content.
Should the Model file a DMCA takedown request, the Owner reserves the right to take legal action against the Model for breach of this Agreement.

4. Ownership
The Owner retains ownership of the website and any modifications made to the Content. The Model acknowledges that the Owner has the right to display, distribute, and otherwise use the Content as outlined in this Agreement.

5. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of USA/Texas

6. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties regarding its subject matter and supersedes all prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.
