Content Challenge Agreement

Effective Date: December 15, 2025
Parties:

Ef (“Platform”), operator of the website exposedfaggots.com
Will Leach performing under the stage name “diaperking” (“Performer”)

Purpose. This Agreement governs a voluntary, game-style content challenge involving monthly performance tasks and the Platform’s right to host and share the resulting content. Tasks are non-sexual, lawful, and suitable for public spaces (e.g., cosplay/performance of a costumed persona).

1) Term; Program Structure

1.1 Term. Six (6) consecutive calendar months beginning on the Effective Date month (“Program Term”).
1.2 Assignment Dates. On the 1st day of each month during the Program Term, the Platform will issue the month’s Task (Appendix A guidelines).
1.3 Escalation Concept. Tasks are designed to progress from low-visibility public settings to higher-visibility (still lawful and respectful) settings over time, per Appendix A.

2) Tasks, Deliverables, and Submission

2.1 Task Nature. Each Task is a public cosplay/performance of a costumed persona inspired by the performers IDOL that dresses as a baby in public, in a non-sexual, parody/satire-style manner. No indecency, harassment, or unlawful conduct.
2.2 Recording. Performer will record a video of the Task (recommended 30–400 seconds) meeting the Content Standards in §6.
2.3 Submission Deadline. By the 20th of the same month, Performer must submit:
a) the video deliverable (“Content”), and
b) the USD $50 participation fee for that month.
2.4 Posting. Upon timely receipt and basic compliance review, the Platform may publish the Content on the website and related channels per the License in §5.

3) Fees, Penalties, and Options

3.1 Standard Monthly Fee. USD $50 due with each monthly submission (§2.3).
3.2 Failure to Complete. If the video and $50 are not received by the 20th:
  a) Performer owes an additional USD $100 (“Missed-Submission Fee”), and
  b) the Platform may publish Performer’s fag ID card(s) that display performers real name on the homepage for that month (see §7).
3.3 Opt-Out of a Task. Performer may skip a specific month’s Task by paying USD $150 by the 20th. If paid, no FAG ID card is posted for that skipped month.
3.4 Early Termination by Performer. Performer may end this Agreement before 6 months by:
  a) paying a USD $300 Termination Fee at termination
3.5 Termination for Cause by Platform. If Performer fails to meet requirements and does not pay applicable fees/penalties, the Platform may terminate this Agreement. In that case, the Platform may post the FAG ID card(s) on the homepage. Performer may still choose to pay the Termination Fee in §3.4(a) to avoid that posting.

Note: All amounts are in USD; fees are non-refundable once paid.

4) Duration and Removal of Materials

4.1 Publication Window. Content and any FAG ID cards may remain published for the Program Term and reasonably thereafter for archives and promotion unless otherwise agreed.
4.2 Takedown Requests. Performer may not request removal unless fees are paid; the Platform will consider reasonable requests with offers, but is not obligated to remove historical posts absent a written agreement.

5) License & Rights of Publicity

5.1 Content License. Performer grants the Platform a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, reproduce, display, distribute, and promote the submitted Content (including thumbnails, captions, and edits for platform formatting), in connection with the Program, the Platform, and its social channels.
5.2 Name/Likeness. Performer authorizes the Platform to use the stage name “diaperking”, cosplay persona, image, and likeness for displaying and promoting the Content and the Program. And also the performers real details can be published along with FAGID if tasks are not met.
5.3 Ownership. Except for the above license, Performer retains all right, title, and interest in the Content.

6) Content Standards & Legal Compliance

6.1 No Sexual Content; No Minors. Content must be non-sexual and must not depict or sexualize minors or minor-like personas.
6.2 Lawful Conduct. No indecent exposure, harassment, incitement, threats, defamation, trespass, or other unlawful acts. Comply with local filming laws, property rules, and any permit/consent requirements.
6.3 Bystanders & IP. Do not prominently capture identifiable bystanders without consent; avoid infringing trademarks/copyrights. Parody/satire is allowed where lawful.
6.4 Safety. Performer accepts all risk of the performance environment and will not endanger self or others.

7) Fag ID Cards

7.1 Definition. A stylized graphic ID card with performers real name used for homepage announcements or penalty displays.
7.2 When Posted. As specified in §§3.2(b), 3.4(b), and 3.5.
7.3 Removal. Posting duration and any removal follow §4.

8) Acceptance; Rejection

8.1 The Platform may decline to post or may remove Content that violates this Agreement or platform policies, without refund.
8.2 Minor formatting edits, blurring, or captioning by the Platform are permitted to meet site standards and legal compliance.

9) Representations & Warranties; Indemnity

9.1 Performer represents they are 18+, own or control necessary rights in the Content, and the Content will comply with §6.
9.2 Indemnity. Performer will defend and indemnify the Platform against third-party claims arising from Performer’s breach of §6 or §9.1.

10) Termination

10.1 The contract will terminate after 6 months, or if performer pays the opt out fee.
10.2 Consequences follow §3 and §4.

11) Miscellaneous

11.1 Independent Parties. This Agreement does not create employment, partnership, or agency.
11.2 Notices. Send notices to:

11.3 Governing Law & Venue. Laws of USA Texas (update if needed); exclusive venue in courts.
11.4 Entire Agreement; Changes. This is the entire agreement about the Program; changes must be in writing and agreed by both parties.
11.5 Severability. If any term is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.

Appendix A — Visibility Ladder & Submission Checklist (Non-Sexual)

Month 1 (Low Visibility): Quiet location (e.g., rented studio/storage bay).
Month 2: Back street or empty parking area (daytime).
Month 3: Public park in off-peak hours.
Month 4: Pedestrian area during regular hours (no blocking/harassment).
Month 5: Community event/market walkway (lawful; respect organizers’ rules).
Month 6 (Higher Visibility): Busy plaza thoroughfare (brief, courteous performance).

Recording & Submission Checklist (each month):

Performance is non-sexual and lawful; follows property/bystander rules.
30–400s video; steady; audio optional.
No faces of bystanders unless blurred/consented.
Stage name “diaperking” verbally or visibly included.
Submitted by the 20th with USD $50 fee.
File naming: --diaperking.mp4.
Consent that Platform may publish per §5.
