All Out Exposure Agreement

I hereby grant exposedfaggots.com, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and designers (collectively “exposedfaggots.com website”) a licence to use my image and likeness in any other media (collectively “Images”). I acknowledge that exposedfaggots.com will own such Images and further grant the exposedfaggots.com website permission to copyright, display, publish, distribute, use, modify, print and reprint such Images in any manner whatsoever related to exposedfaggots.com business, including without limitation, publications, advertisements, brochures, web site images, or other electronic displays and transmissions thereof. I further waive any right to inspect or approve the use of the Image by the exposedfaggots.com website prior to its use. I forever release and hold the exposedfaggots.com website harmless from any and all liability arising out of the use of the Images in any manner or media whatsoever, and waive any and all claims and causes of action relating to use of the Images, including without limitation, claims for invasion of privacy rights or publicity.

I hereby warrant that I am eighteen (18) years old or more and competent to contract in my own name I also warrant that I understand that the licence I grant to exposedfaggots.com website will only be terminated if I stop paying the hosting fees, and exposedfaggots choose to remove it or if the contract termination fee is paid. This release is binding on me and my heirs, assignees and personal representatives.

Websites
I understand that upon signing this document all content I have already sent, and all future content sent to fagwhoring@gmail.com and to Skype account rippedxxx can be used to build dedicated websites with the sole theme/purpose of displaying me wearing my sissy outfits and also showing videos adult videos of me . Hosting / Ownership
I understand the exposure sites will be hosted for 3 months. After the 3months, I can choose to pay $10 month per website to continue having both sites hosted on Master Ashtons servers, or I can choose to find my own hosting and have Master Ashton transfer the site for me. If I choose to move the site to my own hosting I must pay a $ 200 USD transfer fee, and choose hosting that uses the English language. While the site is on Master Ashton's servers I do not 100% own the website. I will be able to edit and update the site with some limitations which will be listed below. If I choose to transfer the site to my own server I will own the site %100

2nd year Monthly Hosting Fee
An additional $10 per month fee will be paid to Master Ashton per website.. This will go towards hosting for the 2nd year if the contract is renewed. If the contract does not renew, the money is forfeited and Master Ashton keeps it

Updating the site
The sites will be made in such a way that it's easy for you to update the site yourself with new content be it pictures or videos. Also, all text on the site will be easily edited. After the website is made you will be required to update the site yourself, or you can pay Master Ashton $100USD to do it for you. The $100USD fee will have both sites updated.

Modifying the site while hosted on Master Ashtons Servers
While the site is hosted on Master Ashton's servers you will be able to edit every aspect of the site. However, this also means you can break the site either on purpose or by accident. If the site is broken/changed in such a way that your content does not show or people cannot access the site to see your content, Master Ashton can restore a backup of the site so its back to showing the original content and triple the termination fees.

The following terms start at year 2

Bi-weekly mandatory updates
Every 30 days both websites will need at least one new video uploaded to each. The video must be a new video and not a re-used old video.

Mandatory update late consequences

If sites are not updated for any reason within the 14day time frame, the following consequences will occur.

A fine of $ 100 USD to be paid.
If you cannot pay the fine, then the post titles of any posts Master Ashton chooses can be renamed to include your real name
As well as the above, you will be required to make one custom video of Master Ashtons choosing. You will have 1 week to make it.
This video will be posted on each site for at least 2weeks.
If you fail to make that video. Master Ashton has permission to post all your confession videos with your real name in the title and tags
A $200USD will need to be paid to have the confession videos removed, and post titles changed to remove your real name

End of year 2 terms

Content edit by Master Ashton (This option cannot be edited again, unless a $150USD fee is paid)

At any time Master Asthon can log in to each of the sites and change the post titles of any posts he chooses. You will then be required to pay a $ 20 USD fee if you want it changed back.

Website/ Contract Termination Steps

This termination fee is for 1 site only. So to have both sites removed this termination fee must be paid twice.
If termination is made before 1st of January 2025 all prices below double

Part 1.

A 650USD fee will be paid, which will then enable the spin the wheel game. The wheel will have numbers 2 - 12. When the wheel has been spun it will land on a random number. Which ever number it lands on will tbe the amount of time the site must stay up in weeks. After that time has passed, an additional $ 650 USD can be paid for the website to be removed.
If the wheel lands on an undesirable number, a $150USD fee can be paid to spin the wheel again.
After the wheel has been spun, and the time frame is known for how long the site must stay up. Each week until the time is up. One video and one picture must be added to both sites. If any weeks are missed, a $100 fee must be paid. If the fee is not paid then the $650 termination fee doubles
sissykaydance.com must tbe the first site removed.
A minimum fee of $1150USD will be require for EACH site to be removed.

Part 2.

If the first $650USD is paid, and the wheel is spun. Then the second 650USD payment is not made by the last day, 100% ownership and control of the site will go to MasterAshton.
MasterAshton at his sole discretion will be allowed to sell you back the site for a minimum fee of $1100.
While the site is under Master Ashton's control he can do whatever he wants. Even sell it to some other random fag.

Part 3.

A one time payment of $2500USD can be paid to have both sites removed right away, and the full contract cancelled. No wheel spins, and no waiting.

Year 2 termination terms

Sissykaydance.com must be live for at least 3 months of the second year before it can be terminated. No matter how much is paid.

Deantaraba.com can't be removed before 6 months in the 2nd year. No matter how much is paid

Contract extensions and hosting fees.

If the contract is not terminated during the first 12 months. It will extend by 12 months. A $25USD fee will be required each month, which go towards hosting for the 3rd year. After the 3rd year of hosting, the contract will extend again, and also each month 25USD will be paid for the hosting for the next month. This will continue until the contract is terminated. Each year, the termination prices can be discussed. Or earlier if Master Ashton agrees on a price to change the contract terms
